Wilma Marie Ervin of Farmington passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2012, at the age of 92. She was born on February 11, 1920, at Farmington, daughter of the late Alvin and Adeline (Bieser) Korber. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Stanley Conrad in 1959 and her second husband, Paul Ervin in 1994. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Smith and three brothers, Karl Korber, Alvin Korber, Jr. and Bill Korber. Wilma was a life-long resident of Farmington where she attended the Copenhagen School. She retired from Trimfoot where she worked for many years. Wilma will be remembered as a hard worker who enjoyed quilting, gardening and canning. Her family has many great memories of her wonderful home cooked dinners. Survivors include her two daughters, Martha Darrough and husband, Bob and Jody Ratcliff, all of Farmington; seven grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Arlene Marler of Farmington; and a dear, special friend, John Lindsey. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews and many friends. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory on Sunday, November 18 from 4 to 8 p.m. Visitation will resume Monday morning beginning at 7 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. in the Cozean Chapel with Reverend Donn Adamson officiating. Interment will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Farmington. Memorials may be made to Serenity Hospice Care or the Shriner's Hospital.
