FARMINGTON - William R. Manning, entered into eternal rest at Barnes Jewish Hospital on February 8, 2024, at the age of 57. He was born in Fredericktown on May 16, 1966 to the late Robert Manning and Shirley A. (Bloom) Manning. Bill was a man of many talents. God gained more than even he is expecting with Bill. Anybody who knew him, will say the same. Just as each will have a story about how Bill helped them in their time of need and fixed a problem with supplies or ideas that never would have occurred to most . . . . and they worked. Bill could bring a smile to a room when he walked in, not only did he have many friends that love and respect him, he never came across a dog or child that did not adore him. Bill was the only man that owned zero pets and always had several bags of dog treats at all times. We could always count on Bill. He would stop and help anyone in need. He made sure all were taken care of before worrying about himself. Bill you are loved and will be greatly missed on more levels than you can imagine. In true Bill style, lets not say good bye, but Merry Christmas! There will be a visitation on Monday, February 12, 2024 beginning at 4 pm at Cozean Memorial Chapel with a funeral to follow at 6 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. A full obituary will be published soon. Share your condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com. Visitation Cozean Memorial Chapel Monday, February 12, 2024 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM 217 W.
