William Joseph Resinger Sr.

LEADWOOD - William Joseph Resinger Sr., of Leadwood, entered into eternal rest on March 1, 2023, at NHC Healthcare in Desloge at the age of 73. He was born on April 16, 1949, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Vernon and Helen (Bathchelor) Resinger. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Vernon Resinger and Roger Resinger. William is survived by wife, Susan Resinger, his children, Emily Resinger, William Jr (Tabitha) Resinger, and Cheri Resinger, his siblings, Barbara (Fred) Jackson and Bonnie (John) West along with many nieces and nephews. William proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator for many years at Granite City Steel and was a Volunteer Firefighter for 30 years. He was a life member of the VFW Post #5896 of Farmington and a member of Leadwood No. 598 AF & AM. Per Williams request, no formal services will be held.
