William 'Bill' Wesley Moore

BROSELEY William "Bill" Wesley Moore, of Broseley, entered into eternal rest on August 1, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Medical Center at the age of 75. He was born on March 31, 1947, in St. Ann, Missouri, to the late Russell William and Venna (Hess) Moore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Moses and his niece, Samantha Frederick. Bill is survived by his daughter, Billie Hansell of Desloge, his siblings, Patricia (Joe) Lira, Pamela (Roger) Willett, and Rusty Moore, many nieces, nephews, friends, and his special canine companion, Buddy. Bill proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. He worked as a painter for Parker Banks in Potosi for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, searching for arrowheads and spending time with his friends. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
