Wilbur 'Billy' E. Henry

FARMINGTON Wilbur E. "Billy" Henry, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on August 24, 2022, at Clarks Mountain Nursing Home in Piedmont at the age of 85. He was born on August 27, 1936, in Ottumwa, Iowa, to the late Frederick and Lucille (Ancel) Henry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maureen (Howell) Henry, his siblings, Betty McCoy and Kenneth Henry and a niece. Billy is survived by his sister, Melba Hubbard, special family members, Ron and Dena Ingles of Farmington, along with nephews, cousins, and friends. Billy proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked as a meat department manager in the grocery store industry. He enjoyed playing slots and poker on the computer. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Per Billys request, no formal services will be held.
