Virginia Lorraine Zdroj

FARMINGTON- Virginia Lorraine Zdroj, 89, of Farmington passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the Community Manor Nursing Center. She was born November 12, 1923 at Gardner, Illinois daughter of the late Ernest and Christina (Paulson) Murphy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward James Zdroj, Sr., three sisters and one brother. She is survived by three sons, Edward J. Zdroj, Jr. Robert Zdroj, and John Zdroj, a daughter Christine Droege, a sister Louise Hanley and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services, along with full Naval honors, were conducted Friday, September 20, 2013 at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis under the direction of the Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory.
