Tray David Day of Farmington passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital, at the age of 11 years. He was born on July 29, 1999 in Fredericktown. He was preceded in death by his mother, Larissa Scott, a brother, Rusty Day and his great-great-grandmother, Pauline Scott. Tray attended Lincoln Intermediate School of Farmington where he played the drums in the band. He was also a member of the Crusaders For Christ. Tray was also an avid basketball player, skateboarder and enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his father, David Day of Farmington, his paternal grandparents, Audrey (Clover) and Clarence Day Sr., his maternal grandmother, Mary Graves of Jefferson City, three sisters, Martika Burns of Bonne Terre, Aaleyiah Scott and Cierra Day, both of Farmington and a brother, Dawson Day of Farmington. Numerous other relatives and special friends also survive. The family will receive friends at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 4 to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 15, 2011. Visitation will resume at 7 a.m. on Saturday with a funeral service at 10 a.m. with Captain Debra Osbourn of the Salvation Army officiating. Burial will follow at the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery.
