Toni Blankenship

Toni Blankenship of Park Hills passed away December 4 in her home. She was born in Ironton on December 17, 1962 to William Heaps and the late Hazel JoAnne (Nash) Heap. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by a sister, Amy Heaps. She is survived by her four children, Michael, Megan, Deanna and Aaron; her father; three sisters, and eight grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 12 noon until the time of the funeral beginning at 1 p.m. in the Cozean Chapel.
