DOE RUN - Tiffany Lynne Watkins passed away on Friday, February 10, 2012 at the age of 30. She was born on April 8, 1981, in St. Louis, daughter of David Wayne Primo and Charlotte (Pachlhofer) Primo. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Loretta Carron and her paternal grandfather, Mel Primo. Also preceding her in death was her brother-in-law, Eddie Watkins, Jr. A resident of the Farmington area since 2002, Tiffany graduated from high school in Ely, Nevada in 1999 and later in life attended beauty school. She will be remembered as a compassionate and caring person who most of all loved being a mom. She was an outdoors person who enjoyed riding bikes and soaking up the sun. Survivors include her husband, Wesley Allen Watkins; her three sons, Anthony, Alec and Braxtin; two step-children, Justin and Jessica Watkins her mother, Charlotte (Pachlhofer) Primo; her father, David Wayne Primo and step-mother, Nancy; sister, Nicole Dameron; brother, Justin Primo; grandmother, Noreen Primo and grandfather, Glennon Carron. Also surviving are two step-sisters, Erin Cobbin and Holly Stidham, a special nephew, Kaiden Montgomery; her mother and father-in-law, Eddie and Kathy Watkins; sister-in-law, Michelle (Mrs. Kenny) Tabor and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15. Visitation will resume Thursday from 7 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 1:30 p.m.in the Cozean Chapel with Brother Mike Haney officiating. Interment will be at Three Rivers Cemetery in Ste.
