Thomas Robert Lynn

BISMARCK Thomas Robert Lynn, of Bismarck, passed away on November 26, 2023, at Community Manor Nursing Home at the age of 81. He was born on November 12, 1942, in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Leo Edward and Evelyn Emma (Page) Lynn. Thomas is survived by his wife of 54 years, Susan (Swartz) Lynn of Bismarck, his children, Michelle Ehlert of St. Louis and Jonathon Lynn of Bismarck, his grandchildren, Abigail, Heidi, and Brady, a great granddaughter who is soon to arrive, his sister, Joan Spurgeon of Topeka, KS, his niece, Laurieann along with many friends. Thomas proudly served as a veteran in the United States Army. He formerly worked as a rating specialist for the Department of Veterans Affairs. After retiring, he worked for Unitec and taught and helped prisoners obtain their GED. Thomas was an avid reader of literature and enjoyed feeding the wildlife and traveling. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. In his last selfless act on earth, Thomas graciously donated his body to St. Louis University.
