Talmadge Glynn Beard

MICHIGAN - Talmadge Glynn Beard, 83, passed away July 31, 2017. Beloved husband of Deanna (Sue). Preceded in death by his first wife of 60 years, Joice. Loving father of Sheri (Ronald) Patton; adored grandfather of Kristin (Steve) Patton; and great-grandfather of Amber and Jade. Talmadge was proud to be a Mason of over 40 years. He loved to fly and had his own plane. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was quick to tease, especially those he loved. Visitation will be at the Chas. Verheyden Funeral Home - Schultz Chapel, 21705 Gratiot Ave., Eastpointe, on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 2 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held at the funeral home on Friday, August 4, 2017, in state at 10:30 a.m. with the service a 11 a.m. Graveside serviceds will take place in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery near Des Arc on Monday, August 7 at 11 a.m. under the care and direction of Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory.
