In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, John David Teela, in 2007. Susan's greatest joy in life was her family. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, friend, wife and mother. She had a love of books, learning and music. A talented musician, she was well versed in playing the violin, organ and piano. She also dabbled with the guitar and accordian. She loved to sing anytime, anywhere whether it be show tunes, fifties and sixties music, Christmas carols or church songs. She had no unkind words or feelings about anyone. She thirsted for knowledge whether the subject be business, health or spiritual. Susan had a brilliant mind for business and loved numbers. She also enrolled in additional accounting courses at Central Methodist University (Park Hills) and became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri. She and her husband founded Hafner Financial Services, PC in 2001. Susan's entire life was spent in service to others, loving them, educating them and learning from them. Hers is a legacy of love. She filled her life and the lives of those around her with the pure love of Christ. No one who met her ever left her side untouched, unimpressed or unloved.
