Steven Ray Mell

FARMINGTON - Steven Ray Mell, entered into eternal rest April 9, 2023, at Georgian Gardens Center in Potosi at the age of 68. He born on November 3, 1954, in Bossier City, Louisiana, to the late Kenneth Mell and Jacqueline Jo (Pulliam) Jarnagin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles. He is survived by his siblings, Tony Mell of Farmington, Lori (Lance) Sprenkel of Bonne Terre, Lisa (Don) Hardy of Farmington, Rod (Terri) Mell of Steelville, and Jeff Mell of Farmington, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Steven was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and enjoyed coaching basketball at St. Paul Lutheran School. His hobbies included fishing, hunting and he was an avid sports fan. He was outgoing and was a people person. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A private graveside service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
