WAVERLY - Stephen Caldwell, 65, passed away July 21, 2015. He was born November 30, 1949 at Cape Girardeau son of the late Robert Levi and Billie Jean (Allgier) Caldwell. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Linda Carmody and a brother Mark Caldwell. He is survived by his brother Randy Caldwell of Kansas City, MO, and numerous other relatives and dear friends. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau under the care direction of Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory.
