Stephanie Moore

Stephanie Michelle Moore passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014, at the age of 33 years, 3 months, and 13 days. She was born on January 5, 1981, at Farmington, daughter of Diane Elaine (Meador) Wann. She was preceded in death by her sister, Carey Lynn Skaggs in 1996 and her step-grandfather, Victor Dittman, her great grandparents, Avon and Nellie Horton. Stephanie graduated from North County High School in 1999 and went on to Mineral Area College where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Radiology. She proudly served her country in the U. S. Army stationed in Iraq. She currently was serving in the Missouri National Guard where she had attained the rank of Sergeant. She was also currently enrolled in National Beauty Academy in Festus. A former high school track stand out, Stephanie enjoyed the outdoors. She liked bicycling, swimming and fishing trips. Dancing was also a favorite pastime as well as hanging out with her friends and family. Her animals were her children whom she doted on and loved caring for. Survivors include her mother, Diane Wann, her grandmother, Eleanor Dittman, her grandfather, Joel K. Meador, Sr., and a host of extended family and many good friends. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, April 23 from 5 to 8 p.m. Visitation will resume on Thursday morning from 7 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington.
