Shirley Ann Hoehn of Farmington passed away on Friday, July 2, 2010, at St. John's Mercy Medical Center at the age of 77 years. She was born on August 12, 1932, at St. Francois County, daughter of the late Charles Savannah and Susie Ann (Smith) Rhodes. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Roberts in 2004. Shirley was a long-time employee of Mineral Area Hospital where she was a registered nurse. Her favorite hobby was gardening and she was a member of the Iris Society and also served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Lily Society. But most of all, Shirley enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandchildren and her dog, Molly. Survivors include two daughters, Carla Miranda of Farmington and Suzanne (Mrs. Dick) Greminger of Ste. Genevieve and a son, Roger Hoehn and his wife, Jenny of Farmington; 11 grandchildren, Beverly and her husband, Jeffrey, Roger, Melanie and her fiance, Mark, Dustin and his wife, Casey, Jared and his wife, Angie, Regan, Michael, Alec, Derick, Matthew and Charles; and eight great-grandchildren, Christian, Samuel, Gabriel, Amelia, Madden, Aiden, Noah and one on the way. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Sunday, July 4 from 4 to 8 p.m. Visitation will resume at the Cozean Chapel on Monday beginning at 8 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Hillview Memorial Gardens.
