Shawn Patrick Militzer Jr.

FARMINGTON - Shawn Patrick Militzer Jr., of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on January 12, 2024, in Bonne Terre at the age of 24. He was born on March 16, 1999, in Farmington, Missouri to Shawn Patrick Militzer Sr. and the late Christina Marie Armstead. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Patrick Militzer and Michael Armstead. Shawn is survived by his maternal grandmother, Darlene Armstead of Farmington, his father, Shawn Patrick Militzer Sr. of Jasper, Texas, his siblings, Devin Militzer, Hannah Militzer, and Logan Buckley, his paternal grandmother, Debora Militzer of Jasper, Texas, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Shawn formerly worked as a carpenter in the construction industry. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and hunting. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel.
