Sharon Darlene Lodike of Farmington passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2012, at the age of 75. She was born on February 8, 1937, at Holcomb, MO, daughter of the late Loyce and Rena (Byrd) White. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Leo Lodike. Sharon referred to Missouri as her home and grew up to be an avid sports fan, loving all kinds of sporting events. She will be most remembered for her enthusiasm at her granddaughters' sporting events. She recently was co-founder of the local organization Helping Hands SFC and loved volunteering her time in assisting community efforts. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, cooking, watching soap operas and doing word puzzles. Most of all, Sharon enjoyed being with her beloved family. Survivors include her daughter, Lori (Mrs. Mike) Littrell of Farmington; granddaughters, Danielle and Erin Littrell; two brothers, Phillip White of San Clemente, CA and Douglas White of Farmington; and a host of extended family members. She also leaves behind her newly adopted puppy, Bocephus "Bo". Friends may call on Thursday, August 23 at Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory from 5 to 8 p.m. A private memorial service will be held at a later time.
