Royce L. Horton

FARMINGTON Royce Horton of Farmington passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at home in Farmington at the age of 74. She was born in DeSoto on May 17, 1942 to the late Leroy Leo Wood and Zola (Johnston) Wood. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Nathan Leroy Horton; two sisters, Joyce Hayes and Linda Tenney and a brother, James Wood.

Royce was a giving, loving woman who always put everyone before herself. She was a devoted and nurturing mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her son, Roy (Peggy) Horton of Orlando, FL; granddaughter, Julie Louise Horton of St. Louis; former daughter-in-law, Tracy Presson of Farmington; one sister, Judy St. Clair.
