Ronald Lee Propst

Ronald Lee Propst of Farmington passed away March 19, 2015 at Camelot Nursing and Rehab at the age of 73. He was born in Flat River on July 25, 1941 to the late Melvin J. and Leona Mae (Moore) Propst. "Ronnie" as many knew him, was a life long resident of the area. He had worked many years as a butcher for various supermarkets. He was an avid sports fan but mostly enjoyed baseball and racing. He will be sorely missed by his beloved family to include his wife of 45 years, Eva "Lou" (Harrington) Propst; his children, Keith (Holly) Propst, Randy (Lori) Propst, Craig (Michelle) Propst, Terrie (Steve) Calhoun and Linda Wampler; ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; a brother, Kevin (Melody) Propst; several nieces, nephews and many good friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Saturday, March 21 from 4 - 7 p.m. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
