Robert 'Bobby' Gene Vogelsang Ii

FARMINGTON - Robert "Bobby" Gene Vogelsang II of Farmington passed away suddenly on January 16, 2021 at his residence at the age of 67. He was born on April 15, 1953, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to the late Robert Gene and Sandra Sue (Cherry) Vogelsang. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Vogelsang. Bobby is survived by his children, Robert Lucas "Luke" (and wife Kelsey) Vogelsang of Farmington, MO and Margaret "Maggie" (and fiance Andrew Craine) Vogelsang of Pahoa, HI, his granddaughters, Avery Jewel Vogelsang, Gia Rose Vogelsang and Wren Florence Kathryn Craine, his brother, Victor W. (and wife Donna) Vogelsang of Desloge, MO, his niece, Chelsea Vogelsang, his nephew, Dylan Vogelsang, along with his Kerrdog Buddies and many other friends. Bobby was a chiropractor in Ste. Genevieve for 10 years then went on to become a teacher for the Farmington Middle School for 23 years where he also coached football and track. When his son Luke was young, he proudly coached his Little League baseball team. Bobby enjoyed fishing and Jeopardy. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 4:00pm until time of service at 7:00pm at Cozean Memorial Chapel officiated by Pastor Stephen Constien. Masks are required if attending the visitation and/or service and please adhere to social distancing.
