Rita Viola Tice

FARMINGTON Rita Viola Tice, of Farmington passed away on August 17, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family at the age of 94. She was born in Braddock, Pennsylvania on February 2, 1923 to the late James McGuigan and Margaret McGuigan.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry David Tice in 2002 and a so, Michael.

She was a resident of Pennsylvania until 2003 when she moved to Farmington to be close to her daughter and family. She was a fabulous cook who also enjoyed reading, crocheting and going to the casinos.

She is survived by two daughters, Jenny (John) Bridgeman and Judy McCafferty of the state of Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren, Jimmy (Megan Connor), Cindy, Chelsey (Brad Hopkins), Shannon, John (Chelsea, Josh and Sandy (Ray Peralta); great grandchildren, Emrie, Brody, Abby, Julian, Juelz, Syncere, Knowledge, Lyriq, Kaden, Braylee and Jaeleigh.
