Rickie Lynn Wilson

FARMINGTON - Rickie Lynn Wilson of Farmington, passed away on January 7, 2021 at his residence, surrounded by his loved ones at the age of 67. He was born on June 12, 1953 in Senath, Missouri to the late Homer and Helen (Turpin) Wilson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Drake Whitehead and his father-in-law, Dale E. Cook. Rickie is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Nancy Ann (Cook) Wilson, his children, Eric (and wife Beth) Wilson of Festus, Randy (and wife Brianna) Wilson of Festus, Jason (and his wife Amber) Cook of Park Hills, and Melissa (and husband Michael) Whitehead of Farmington, nine grandchildren, Masen, Brynn, Blayne, Gavin, Jarod, Nathan, Matthew, Megan and Gavin, his sisters, Rachel Wilson of Farmington and Diane (and husband Larry) Nash of Valles Mines, his mother in law, Frieda Cook of Farmington along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Rickie proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Air Force. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and sports, especially hockey but mostly loved spending time with his grand kids. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 5:00pm till 8:00pm at Cozean Memorial Chapel. Visitation will resume on Monday at 7:00am until time of service at 10:00am in the Cozean Chapel with Pastor Mike Barton officiating. Interment to follow at Knob Lick Cemetery. Masks are required if attending the visitation and/or service and please adhere to social distancing guidelines.
