Rebecca Elaine Hamelton

DOE RUN Rebecca Hamelton of Doe Run passed away at Barnes Jewish Hospital on January 3, 2020 at the age of 68. She was born November 11, 1951 in Navasota, Texas to the late James and Evelyn (Pierce) Sebastian. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Sebastian. Rebecca's father was in the military so the family lived in many locations overseas as she was growing up. She lived in France, Ethiopia, Hawaii and the Philippians to name a few. As a child while living in France, she made a friendship with the person who would be her future husband. Years later they became reacquainted after moving back to the states. She married him in Mountain Home, Arkansas 47 years ago. Survivors include her husband, Randyll Hamelton, three children, Sha, Carrie and Katherine; 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a sister, Karen Sitzes.
