Ray Linn Kollmeyer is now resting in the arms of his Savior. He was born August 16, 1934 and died on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Beloved husband and best friend for 58 years of Barbara Kollmeyer (nee Siebert). Loving father of Debra Ann (Rev. Michael) Mast and Linda Kay Kollmeyer (Edward Jubert). Grandfather of Tiffany Mast (Joanne Orrange), Jeremy (Courtney) Mast and Ashley Mast (Michael) Ernsting. Nephew of Louise Cottam. Brotherinlaw of Chris (Judy) Siebert. Uncle of Julie Frias and Randy (Dena) Siebert. Greatuncle of Gregory Frias, Riley and Delaney Siebert. Godfather of Paulette, Mike, Laura, and Kelli. Beloved cousin and friend to many. Ray was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Frances Marguerite "Maggie" Kollmeyer (nee Rion). Ray graduated from Farmington High School, Farmington, MO and Rolla School of Mines. He retired from Union Electric Company (Ameren UE) after 40+ years of Service. He was an avid golfer and fisherman. He loved working on the family farm that has been in the family since 1865. He also loved to get behind the wheel of his RV and travel. He was devoted to God, family, and country. He had a group of men (Arnie, Dennis, and Hank) that he met with every Thursday morning at 6:30 a.m. for Bible study at IHOP with a server named Angel. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. You will be in our hearts forever. Funeral Mass at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 609 East Columbia Street, Farmington, MO, Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Farmington. In lieu of flowers, contributions maybe made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Farmington or a charity of your choice. Visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Monday 48 p.m. and Tuesday 10 a.m. at the church until time of service.
