Randyll Hamelton

February 8, 1952 — October 19, 2020

DOE RUN Randyll Hamelton of Doe Run passed away at Missouri Baptist Hospital on October 19, 2020 at the age of 68. He was born in Anchorage, Alaska to the late Thomas D. Hamelton and Juanita (Glaze) Hamelton. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Hamelton. Born into a military family, Randyll lived in and traveled to many places in the world. During high school he settled into living in Mountain Home, Arkansas. A Vietnam veteran, he spent four years serving in the Navy. He then returned home to Mountain Home where he worked on his parents dairy farm. He moved to Texas where he was employed as a welder/fabrication specialist and painter. In 1981 he moved to the Farmington area where he went to work for Iron Mountain Forge and the Farmington Correction Center. In 2019 he retired from SRG. Randyll loved to ride his motorcycle with his family. They went on many rides together. He will be remembered for his wonderful artistic talent and the paintings he created. Survivors include his son, Sha (Brandi) Hamelton, Kate (Brandon) Noack and Carrie (Jeremy) Krueger; seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and his canine companion, Joe Dog.
