Paul Louie Casteel Jr.

FARMINGTON Paul Louie Casteel Jr., of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on January 18, 2024, at Camelot Nursing Home at the age of 66. He was born on June 17, 1957, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Paul Louie Casteel Sr. and June Marie (Hill) Casteel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louie Richard and Elva (Persons) Casteel and Forrest and Laura (Hill) Fitzgerald, his sister, Vicky Casteel Therrell, and his brother-in-law, Richard Brown Jr. Paul is survived by his siblings, Judy Brown of Farmington, Mark Casteel of De Soto, and Gregory Casteel of Bloomsdale, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Paul was mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on cars and lawn mowers. He overcame alcoholism and celebrated ten years of sobriety. He was saved and was recently baptized at Camelot Nursing Home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
