Patricia 'Patty' Lynn Dillion

FARMINGTON - Patricia "Patty" Lynn Dillion, 69, of Farmington, Missouri, was born in Bonne Terre, Missouri on October 1, 1954, to the Late Clarence "Buddy" Cunningham and Mary (LaChance) Cunningham. Patricia passed away on October 19, 2023, with her family beside her at home at the age of 69. Patricia was a member of the VFW Post 5896 and a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary for many years while holding many positions within the local, district and state level. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching the Cardinals play, decorating for Halloween and Christmas, watching her hummingbirds and deer. She loved fishing, quilting, shopping, visiting the zoo, watching her grandson play football, and traveling to Texas. Above all, she loved spending time with her close family and friends in her free time. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband James "Matt" Dillion of 30 years. She is survived by daughters Jewel (Danny) Wright-Tibbs and Tammie (Ron) Partney; siblings: Jimmy Cunningham, Carol Delargy, Norma Cunningham, Clyde (Annabel) Cunningham, Glen (Barbie) Cunningham, Mary Beth (David) Davidson, and Michael Cunningham; grandchildren: Adam (Christy) Partney, Christina (Zach) DeGonia, Danielle (Ira) Stotler, Jacqueline (RJ) Franklin, Grace Wright, Dr. Abigail (Steven) Wingler, Cody Tibbs, Avery Tibbs, Jordan Tibbs, Kaitlyn Cunningham, and Dylan Quinlin; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Monday, October 23, 2023, beginning at 4:00 P.M until the funeral service at 7:00 P.M. in the Cozean Memorial Chapel in Farmington, Missouri. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Serenity Hospice staff and Dr. Sequita Morris for all their care and support during this time.
