Olen Jessee Jones

FARMINGTON- Olen Jessee Jones of Farmington, passed away, Friday, May 23, 2014 at Presbyterian Manor at the age of 83 years. He was born February 15, 1931 at Doe Run, son of the late Ernest Zola and Clara Irene (Self) Jones. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Owen Jones, sister, Elaine (Jones) Williams, grandparents Simon and Charity (Wood) Jones and Lorenzo and Mary (Weiss) Self. Mr. Jones was a long-time resident of Desloge and Farmington. He was a USMC Korean War Veteran. He is survived by one nephew, and numerous distant cousins and other relatives. Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Weiss Family Cemetery at Doe Run with Father James Dyer officiating.
