Nina Mcgee

Nina Lee McGee of Farmington passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at Parkland Health Center, at the age of 77 years. She was born on February 16, 1933, in Ste. Genevieve County, the daughter of the late Vadys Mary (Herzog) and Louie Edward Bloom. She was also preceded in death by her husband, L. Vernell Fibber McGee, a son, Brian McGee, two sisters, Marie Hawkins and Joy Rousseau, and a brother, Bill E. Bloom. She is survived by two daughters, Angela Beacham and Keri Moyers, all of Farmington, a son, Michael McGee (Susan) of Desloge, a brother, Jack R. Bloom and wife Betty of the State of Florida, special friends, Richard and Cathy Ferree of Park Hills, nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. A gathering of friends and family will be at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2010. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. at the Cozean Chapel. Inurnment will follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Chestnut Ridge Cemetery.
