Nedra Mae Breckle passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2011, at the age of 93 years, 1 month, and 11 days. She was born on September 5, 1918, at Van Buren, MO, daughter of the late Charles Henry and Dicey Eva (Chilton) Dawson. She was also preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters. Nedra was employed as a meat wrapper at Krey Packing Co. in St. Louis for 34 years. She was a charter member of Community Christian Church of Farmington. Nedra was known as an avid coffee drinker by all of her family friends and neighbors. Nedra is survived by her husband, Edwin Earl Breckle, daughter, Erna Mueller of Farmington, granddaughters, Laurie Passante of Hazelwood, Jean Maniaci of St. Peters, a great-granddaughter, Gina Passante of Hazelwood, a sister, Joanne Heavin of Van Buren, five step-children, many step-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 12:00 noon until 1 p.m. on October 19, 2011. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel with the Reverend Gary Pruett officiating. Interment will be at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington.
