Myrtle 'Peggy' Ann Sparks

FARMINGTON Myrtle "Peggy" Ann Sparks of Farmington, passed away on November 19, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 77. She was born on February 28, 1943 in Frankclay, Missouri. Peggy is survived by her children, Lisa Sparks of Farmington and Jason (Mary Ellen) Sparks of Hillsboro, her grandchildren, Victoria Sparks, Hannah Sparks, Tessa Sparks, and Jaxson Sparks, her great grand dog, Baxter along with many friends. On July 6, 1966, Peggy was united in marriage to Abijah Sparks and they shared 43 years together until his death. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her birth parents, her grandparents, William "Bill" and Myrtle (Campbell) Doty, who raised her, her brother, Bobby Gene Doty, her special aunt, Billie Mary Doty and special friend, Geraldine Sadler. Peggy worked as a beautician and was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Farmington. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her grandchildren and making fleece blankets with her granddaughter, Victoria. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
