Myrtle Gegg

Myrtle Mae Gegg, of Farmington, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2006, at the Mineral Area Regional Hospital, at the age of 85. She was born on May 29, 1921, at Farmington, the daughter of the late Fred and Sarah (Moore) Heck. She was preceded by her husband, Allen Gegg, and two sisters, Ada Bowyer and Glenda Seagars. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Jeannette Callahan, of Centennial, CO, two grandsons, Dr. David Bradley Trowbridge, and wife, Cristee, of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Scott Trowbridge, and wife Cheryl, of Orlando, FL. Also surviving, three great grandchildren, Kaylin, Riley, and David, and good friends, Darlene Williams, and Betty Cook, both of Farmington. Mrs. Gegg was a long time member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church, and also a member of the Lutheran Womens Missionary League. Friends may call at the Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2006. Visitation will resume at 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on Thursday at the Cozean Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will follow at the St. Paul Lutheran Church at 10 a.m, with Pastor James King officiating. Burial will follow at The Lutheran Cemetery Memorials may be directed to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Building Fund or The Lutheran Womens Missionary League.
