FARMINGTON - Michael “Mike” Hull of Farmington, loving husband and father of three, passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 71. He was born on September 18, 1953, to the late Stanley R. Hull and the living Betty (Johnson) Hull of Doe Run.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 52 years, Meekee (Horton) Hull and his children, Michael Hull, Jr. (Melanie), Matthew Hull (Tera), and Melissa Mathes (Rob). He was the proud Papa of Elliot, Breanna, Houston, Emily, Ryan, Hannah, Ava, Liam, Malakai and Jada. He is also survived by his sister, Debbie Rehkop (Terry) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Mike retired from SGI in Annapolis, MO after 40+ years of service. He was a passionate follower of Jesus and served as a Deacon of the First Baptist Church in Farmington for 30+ years. He loved to travel, visiting all 50 states and over 10 foreign countries. He was an avid outdoorsman who especially enjoyed turkey and deer hunting. Forever a Boy Scout, Mike was always prepared for any circumstance. He was our gentle giant, who loved his Savior, family, community, and country.
Per Mike’s wishes, there will be a Celebration of Life Open House held on November 30, 2024, from 2pm to 5pm at the St. Francois Country Club located at 4901 Hillsboro Rd. in Farmington.
