Michael Erchien

BONNE TERRE – Michael Erchien of Bonne Terre entered eternal rest on July 9, 2024, at Camelot Nursing and Rehab at the age of 72. He was born on January 26, 1952, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Leroy Erchien and Wilma Madell Guisinger.

Michael is survived by his siblings, Lee Corssen, Marilyn Ellis, Terry Fears, Steve (Bridgett) Erchien, Mark Bubb, and Beverly (Martin) Smith, his caregiver, Wanda Letterman, several nieces, nephews, friends and his two special felines, Gloria and Smokey.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his nephews, Jake Corssen and Christopher Vance.

Michael enjoyed fishing and watching TV. He was a cat lover and will be remembered as a jokester. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
