Mary S. Bradley

FARMINGTON Mary S. Bradley, 73, of Farmington, passed away on October 7, 2017. She was born in Kahoka, Missouri on October 23, 1943 to the late George Hauser and Lois (Brotherton) Peterschmidt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Lee Bradley in 1994 and a sister Joyce Heinze.

Mary was a devoted military wife whose husband, Buddy was a career service man. They raised their family through the years in many locations, at home and abroad. She and Buddy moved to Farmington in 1985 where she attended Mineral Area College and obtained an Associate Degree in fashion merchandising. She was employed in retail and also in food service for Farmington Public Schools. Mary was fortunate to have traveled extensively throughout her life. She enjoyed dancing and shopping as well. She very much adored all of her grandchildren.

Survivors include three children, Mark (Helen) Bradley of Fredericksburg, VA; Vickie Bradley and Lisa (Darin) Wilson; her significant other of eighteen years, Roy Merritt, all of Farmington; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Beeson, Jennifer (Richard) Johnson, Kristen Bradley and Laura Bradley; seven great grandchildren, Victoria, Justin, Trinity, Xander, Kalem, Kaliyah and Kamille; sisters, Delores Sims and Delia (Thomas) Priebe; and brothers, Clell (Pat) Hauser, Max (Janice) Hauser and Rex Hauser. Also surviving are a host of dear nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends.

Visitation will be held at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Monday, October 9, from 5 7 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. in the Cozean Chapel with Chaplain Bill Skaggs officiating. Visitation will be held in Memphis, Missouri on Wednesday, October 11 beginning at 1 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m. in the Payne Funeral Chapel.
