Mary Lou Cooksey

Mary Lou Cooksey of Farmington passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2008, at Parkland Health Center, at the age of 79 years. She was born on August 3, 1929, in Seminole, OK, the daughter of the late Clifton Floyd and Jonnie Bernece (Morgan) Mahoney. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Capt. Jack D. Mahoney U. S. Navy Retired. She is survived by six children, John David Johnson of Farmington, Tom Kile (Tina) of Springfield, MO, Alan Kile (Theresa), Jennifer Watson (Jerry), Joe Kile (Laura), all of Farmington, and Mark Kile (Susan) of Liberty Township, OH, thirteen grandchildren, Kevin Johnson of Fulton, Jeremy and Megan Johnson, of Farmington, Ashley Kile of Springfield, MO, Austin Kile of Farmington, Garrett Kile of Clarksville, TN, Zachary Watson of Springfield, MO, Benjamin Watson and Whitney Watson, both of Farmington, Cassidy and Kurtis Kile, both of Farmington, Morgan Kile, Keegan Kile, all of Liberty Township, OH, four great-grandchildren, and special friend, Terry Jones of Farmington. Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. The family will receive friends at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Visitation will resume at 7 a.m. on Wednesday with a funeral at the Cozean Chapel at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
