Martha Steinbruegge

FARMINGTON Martha Goodman Steinbruegge, of Farmington passed away June 3, 2018 at Southbrook Nursing Center at the age of 88. She was born on June 21, 1929 in Doug Hill, Illinois to the late John and Ruby (Kinder) Goodman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Steinbruegge, her daughter, Martha Rasmus, her brother, John Goodman Jr., and her sister, Shirley Turin.

Martha formerly attended Memorial United Methodist Church in Farmington. She enjoyed quilting, reading, golfing, bowling and gardening.

Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth (James) Hall of Ozawkie, KS and Katherine (Chris Berry) Steinbruegge of Lewis Center, OH, grandchildren, Joe Jr., Angelina, JT and Autumn, brother, Robert Goodman of Florida, son in law, Marty Rasmus of Southern Pines, NC and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 12:00 noon until 8:00 pm at VFW Post #5896, 814 East Karsch Blvd, Farmington, MO. Inurnment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
