Mark Mcentire

On December 15, 2024, at the age of 29, Mark Andrew McEntire unexpectedly passed away at his home in St. Louis, MO. He will be immensely missed by family & friends.

Mark was born in St. Louis on July 12, 1995, to Brian & Jeneen McEntire and later became big brother to sister, Della Madilynn, and brother, Brad Lee. Just after his birthday in 2023, he gained the new title of Uncle Mark when his nephew Emerson was born to Brad & Donnika (Davis).

Those who had the fortune of knowing Mark knew an open-hearted, smart, talented, caring, and funny man. But, if you ever thought you would beat him in a game of Trivial Pursuit, Lord of the Rings version, you would always be sorely mistaken.

Mark was not often one to seek the limelight, except when he decided to showcase his talents on stage. His love of music, singing, and performing arts were a special treat for anyone to behold.

Most of his childhood years were spent living in Missouri, where he participated in a number of sports activities, Boy Scouts, marching band, and Air Soft battles with friends from all walks of life.

Our loss of Mark is tremendous. He had so much left to share with the world. He would want to be remembered as the kind, compassionate, selfless young man that we all know he was.

He is survived by his mother and father, Jeneen & Brian, sister Della "Madi", and brother Brad (girlfriend Donnika Davis), nephew Emerson, grandparents Don & Joyce Kernan and Karen Bourbon, uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends.

We will have a memorial visitation for Mark at Cozean Memorial Chapel in Farmington, Missouri on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 11 am - 6 pm. All who knew Mark and were touched by him are invited to attend.
