Lynda Campbell

FARMINGTON Lynda Campbell, of Farmington, passed away on January 15, 2017 at her home at the age of 77 years. She was born September 4, 1939 to the late John Carl Campbell and Kay (Rutherford) Campbell. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ford Campbell and Michael Campbell and a sister, Marcia Campbell.

Lynda was a giving, loving and caring sister, wife and mother who put others before herself. She was very accomplished at crafts and enjoyed cross-stitching, quilting, knitting and crocheting. Her intelligence was proven as she was a member of MENSA and she liked working the most difficult of crossword puzzles. She was a saved Christian and a faithful member of Jesus Worship Center where she cherished her friendship with the church family and Pastor Lynn and his wife, Cynthia.

She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her including her loving husband of 50 years, Paul Campbell, two sons, John Samuel Campbell and Paul David Campbell, II, and one daughter, Jennifer Lynda Elaine Campbell; a daughter-in-law, Maria Campbell; a brother, Steven Campbell and his wife Theresa; a sister, Elaine Smith and her husband, Rodney; a brother-in-law, Rick Nowlin; as well as other extended family.
