Lyle H. Weddle

FARMINGTON Lyle H. Weddle of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on July 3, 2021, at Presbyterian Manor at the age of 83. He was born on September 18, 1937, in Iron Mountain, Missouri to the late Lewis and Golda Verneal (Tullock) Weddle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Albert Weddle and his brothers in law, Fred Kincaid and Roger Kopetzky. Lyle is survived by his children, Laurie (Thomas) White of Cape Girardeau and Jeffrey (Patsy) Weddle of Farmington, his grandchildren, Victoria (Jason) Park, Tiffany (Benjamin) Fleming, and Mitchell (Kathy) Weddle, his great grandchildren, Kaylee (Alonzo Jones) Park, Hannah Park, Nathaniel Park, and Belken Weddle, his great great grandchild, Kennedy Park, his siblings, Alta Kopetzky and Thomas (Judy) Weddle, his former spouse, Carol Weddle of Farmington, his sister in law, Darlene Weddle, along with several nieces, nephews, and friends. Lyle retired after working over 25 years at Mississippi Lime Company. He proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army Reserves. He was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Farmington. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Lyle will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021, from 11:00am until time of service at 1:00pm at Cozean Memorial Chapel officiated by Pastor Bob Webb.
