Lupe Valentina Harper

BISMARCK - Lupe Valentia Harper, 76 of Bismarck passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014. She was born February 14, 1938 in San Antonio, Texas daughter of the late Guillermo A. and Lupe L. (Lopez) Reyes. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond. G. Harper. Lupe is survived by her son Donald Shackelford of Ballwin and a daughter Venus Neal of Ellington, six grandchildren, a dear friend Valorie Smith of Bismarck, and numerous other relatives and friends.
