Lucille Agnes Chappell

FARMINGTON Lucille A. "Lucy" (Patt) (Vasquez) Chappell of Farmington passed away peacefully at The Arbors at Maplebrook on Nov.26th, 2016 in Farmington at the age of 89. She was born Sept. 4th, 1927 in Flat River, MO and was the oldest daughter of the late Ewell and Clara (Heberlie) Patt of Bonne Terre, Missouri.

She is survived by her four children: Don Vasquez (Dara) of Lake Dallas, TX; Bob Vasquez (Kathy) of Anchorage, AK; Viki Vasquez (Richard Davis) of Andover, MA; Todd Chappell (Deb) of Gardner, KS; a stepson, Sherman Chappell, Jr. of St. Louis, MO; five grandchildren: Triste White of Arlington, TX; Angela Vasquez of Austin, TX; Ethan Davis of Andover, MA; Stephanie Chappell of Gardner, KS and Jacob Chappell of Gardner, KS. She is also survived by three sisters, a brother, three great grandchildren and many members of her extended family.

Friends may call beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016 until the funeral service beginning at 10 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel with Reverend Ron Poole officiating. Interment will follow immediately at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bonne Terre. In lieu of flowers, memorials, if desired, may be made to the local hospice of your choice or to First Baptist Churches of Farmington or Bonne Terre.
