Loretta Ileen Biri

FARMINGTON - Loretta Ileen Biri, of Farmington passed away March 22, 2014 at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington at the age of 89 years. She was born May 18, 1924 at Flat River, daughter of the late Oscar P. and Fannie I. (Walker) Cash. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles H. Biri, son Herbert L. Biri, sister Dorothy Winebarger, and brother Oscar P. Cash, Jr. Loretta was a proud homemaker, and enjoyed cooking and canning. She also enjoyed tending her gardens and traveling with her family. She was a long-time and faithful member of the Pine Log Baptist Church on New Church Road in Ste. Genevieve County. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her including her sons Raymond (& Wilma) Biri of Coffman and Darrell ( & Sharon) of Desloge, 9 grandchildren: Ronald Biri of Ste. Genevieve, Darrin (& Sandy) Biri of Nixa, Marcia ( & Danny) Parmley of Desloge, Darrell Dean (& Jennifer) Biri of Springfield, Kaylin (& David) Biri of St. Louis, S. Linnae Thomas of Desloge, Renee Politte of Potosi, Dana (& Tony) Partney of Richwoods and Lisa (& Louie) Bigham of Coffman, 20 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, a brother Milford Cash of Farmington, sister-in-law, Leanna Cash of Willard, and numerous other relatives and good friends. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory. Visitation will resume on Wednesday after 10 a.m. at the Pine Log Baptist Church on New Church Road in Ste. Genevieve County. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with the Reverend Tim Mattingly officiating. Interment will be in the Mayberry Cemetery at Avon.
