Lois Jean Martin

Lois Jean Martin, of Doe Run, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 7, 2015 at the age of 82. She was born January 17, 1933 to the late Steven and Hazel (Weiler) Rosener. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Herbert Guy Martin in 2008 and a sister, Dorothy Daugherty. Lois was a life long resident of the area and worked for many years as a dietary aide at the Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center. In her spare time, Lois, enjoyed playing Bingo at the American Legion. Survivors include her son, Tim Martin and his wife, Natalee; and sisters, Fern Sebastian, Charlotte Edgar and Jane Vogel.
