Linda Sue Resinger

July 16, 1948 — August 31, 2022

FARMINGTON - Linda Sue Resinger, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on August 31, 2022, at her residence at the age of 74. She was born on July 16, 1948, in Bonne Terre to the late William Paul and Helen (Rodgers) Bullock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, David Bullock, Pamela Ball and Jane Dawson, and her brothers-in-law, Burl Campbell and Sonny Bowen. Linda is survived by her loving husband, Dale Resinger, her children, Jeff (Bree) Bullock, DeDe (Tony) Myers, Rodney (Julie) Resinger, Robyn (Daniel) Wood, Danny (Brenda) Resinger, and Dean (Laura) Resinger, her grandchildren, Kyle (Kayla Walker) Bullock, Kelby (Dakota) Wampler, Dylan (Hannah) Whitter, Reilly Resinger, Alayna Resinger, Morgan (Tyler Stadler) Wood, Pamela Wood, Ethan Wood, Tyler Wood, Michael Wood, Matthew Wood, Bryan Wood, Jackson Wood, Bradley (Becca) Resinger, Zachary Resinger, Brandon Resinger, Ashley (George Vinson) Resinger, and Les Thilking, great grandchildren, Riley, Adrianna, Joey, Karson, Ashton, Houston, Weston, Lillian, Jackson, Lilah, George, and Bayne, her siblings, Celia Ann Campbell, Barbara Bowen, Mary (Terry) Jenkerson, June (Keith) Cross, Bill (Tonya) Bullock, Kenneth Bullock, and Sam Bullock, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and special feline companions. Linda was an Election Judge Supervisor for Ste. Genevieve County for over thirty years. She was a member of Bonne Terre First Baptist Church. She was a devoted race car fan and worked at I-55 Raceway for over twenty years. She enjoyed crafting but most of all she loved and was hopelessly devoted to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Linda will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel officiated by Pastor Alan David. Interment to follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Lindas memory be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
