Leanna Elizabeth Williams

FARMINGTON Leanna Elizabeth Williams, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on May 19, 2022, at Camelot Nursing Home at the age of 91. She was born on December 3, 1930, in Libertyville, Missouri to the late Johnnie and Mabel (Heberlie) Tessereau. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Eugene "Gene" Williams, sisters, Lillian Brogoto, Mary Detring, Betty Stewart, Alma Lewis, and Donna Faye Tessereau and her brother, Walter Tessereau. Leanna is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Leanna was employed by Mercantile Bank of Farmington and retired from there after 40 years of service as Senior Vice President and Cashier. She was an active longtime member of Farmington Christian Church where she served as an Elder, was a member of the Board and a member of the Daughters of Ruth Circle. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2022, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Cozean Memorial Chapel. Visitation will resume on Monday, May 23 from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am at Farmington Christian Church, 201 West Columbia, Farmington officiated by Pastor Alan Berry. Interment to follow at Parkview Cemetery.
