Larry Miller

Larry Milton Miller of Farmington passed away on Monday, March 23, 2009, at the age of 69 years. He was born on November 5, 1939, at Bonne Terre, the son of the late Benjamin F. and Elsie Fern (Bloom) Miller. Mr. Miller was employed as a truck driver, most recently for Loana Construction, and a member of Teamsters for over 30 years. Larry was a member of AMVETS of Farmington, Masonic Lodge, Shriners, Desloge Eagles Lodge and Farmington Elks Lodge 1765. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Beverly Ann (Barks) Miller, a son, Larry Miller and wife Sandy, and a daughter, Kim Gillespie and husband Chris, all of Farmington, and three grandchildren, Ricky Miller, Ashtyn Miller and Weston Miller. Many friends and other relatives also survive. The family will receive friends at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2009. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Greg McCord officiating. Burial will be at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to JMH Hospice.
