Krista Marie Pritchett

FARMINGTON Krista Marie Pritchett, of Farmington, passed away at her home on April 20, 2023 at the age of 53. She was born in the state of Ohio on December 6, 1969 to the late William Predmore and Judith Frances (Cordrey) Predmore. Krista grew up in the State of Ohio where she graduated from Clearfork High School. In 1991 she relocated to Farmington and went to college at Mineral Area College where she received an Associate Degree in nursing. She worked for Madison County Medical Center, Mineral Area Hospital, Parkland Health Center and St. Anthonys Hospital. Krista was also a volunteer fireman for Doe Run Fire District. She also worked as a school bus driver for Farmington School District. Ill health forced her to retire several years ago but she still helped her friends and neighbors with their medical needs. She was a movie buff and was an avid reader. Krista was a very social person who enjoyed shopping trips with a group of friends, holidays and get-togethers with family and friends. Her son will cherish the memory of Krista instilling in him the importance of making sacrifices and hard decisions which has stuck with him and served him well. Survivors include her son, Kurt (Brandie) Pritchett of Rolla; a brother, Jeff Predmore and sisters, Becky (Salem) Bernhardt and Stephanie LeTang; nieces, Maddy Bernhardt and nephews, S.J. Bernhardt, T.J. Richardson and Jameson Marler. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 28, 2023 at 6 p.m. with a memorial gathering beginning prior to the service at 5 p.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel.
