FARMINGTON Kay Frances Seper, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on December 2, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family at the age of 76. She was born on January 31, 1947, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, to the late Joseph and Lucille (Overall) LaComb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Helen and Leslie Overall and her brother, Tommy LaComb. Kay is survived by her husband of 32 years, Frank Seper, her children, John Allen (Joanna) LaComb of Doe Run and Lisa Dawn LaComb of Farmington, her grandchildren, Krysta (Travis) Dotson and Julye LaComb, her great grandchildren, Emma Dotson, Taylor Dotson, and Thea Dotson, her siblings, Sue LaComb of Farmington, Tim LaComb of Doe Run and Joy Johnson of Arnold, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. Kay retired from Trimfoot Manufacturing after 28 years of employment. She was a faithful Christian and a member of Doe Run United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the DAR and the Cameo Society. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, country music, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, taking trips to Branson, and was a fan of Daniel ODonnell. She adored her grandkids and loved spending time with them. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Doe Run United Methodist Church. Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, P.O.
